If the data controller decides not to respond to the User's request, and the User wishes to contest this decision, they are entitled to refer the matter to the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, the French data protection authority, https://www.cnil.fr) or to any competent court.


F. OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller undertakes to protect the personal data collected, not to pass it on to third parties without the user having been informed, and to respect the purposes for which the data was collected.

The Site has an SSL certificate to ensure that the information and data passing through the Site are transferred securely.

In addition, the data controller undertakes to notify the user of any rectification or deletion of data, unless this would involve disproportionate formalities, costs or steps.
